Open Question: I want to study law in Germany (LLM)?

I currently study law at Athens university in Greece. But I want to do my Master degree ( LLM) in Germany for 1 or 2 years, whatever is needed. Unfortunately, I have no idea of the fees of LLM programs there.from how much do the tuition fees start? could you help me please? I would like to specialize on Criminal or Civil law.
